Som started Claymore Investments, Inc. in Canada in January 2005 and leads the implementation of the company's business development and corporate strategies. Prior to joining Claymore, Som was an investment banker with RBC Capital Markets, where he worked since 1999. Som played a key role in developing the structured products group at RBC Capital Markets in both Canada and the U.S., where he structured and raised capital for both Canadian and U.S. asset managers.

Som is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a Bachelor of Applied Science with an emphasis on Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Toronto. Som is currently a member of the Art Gallery of Ontario Corporate Advisory Committee, the Sunnybrook Hospital Cancer Research Foundation Odette Cancer Campaign Cabinet and University of Toronto Engineering Alumni Association Biz Skule™ Committee. In 2011, Som was recognized for his vision and leadership by Caldwell Partners International with the Top 40 Under 40 award.

Bruce Albelda heads the firm's corporate finance team and, further, oversees the firm's human resources initiatives. Before joining Claymore, Bruce served as Chief Financial Officer for Cantata Technology, a privately-funded telecommunications company formed through the merger of Excel Switching Corporation and Brooktrout Technology. Additionally, Bruce served as Chief Financial Officer for Airslide Systems, a wireless infrastructure company and began his career in the Boston and Toronto offices of Bain & Company, an international management consulting firm.

Scott joined Claymore in June 2009 and is primarily responsible for the firms operations, tax, financial reporting and fund oversight. Scott has over 15 years of experience working in the Canadian investment funds industry and has a CFA designation which he obtained in 2000 and continues to be a member in good standing. Scott graduated from Ryerson University in 1996 with Bachelor of Commerce degree. Prior to joining Claymore, Scott spent 12 years at State Street Fund Services Inc. holding various positions across the firms with his last role being AVP Canadian Fund Administration and Corporate Action Service. Scott's joined the Canadian mutual fund services team in 2004, from Offshore Fund Services and was instrumental in supporting the creation and expansion of the Fund Administration team to service all Canadian Mutual Fund and Pension Pooled fund clients at State Street.

Since joining Claymore in 2005, Jeffrey has played key roles in Claymore's fund administration, operations, and product development. He is now focused on developing and maintaining strategic relationships for the firm. Prior to joining Claymore, Jeffrey spent over seven years at RBC Financial Group where he held several positions focused on investment funds. He started his career in financial services with Scotiabank in 1996. Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Dan joined Claymore in March 2010 and is primarily responsible for all of the firms marketing and public relations initiatives. Dan has over 10 years of marketing experience primarily focused on marketing Exchange Traded Funds and other investment funds. Prior to joining Claymore, Dan spent 4 years at Horizons ETFs/JovFunds Inc. as Vice President of Marketing where developed all collaterals and initiatives including the development of the Horizons ETF Mobile application, the first mobile application from an ETF provider in the world. Previous to that, Dan was an investment and marketing manager for Freedom 55 Financial. Dan graduated from York University in 2002 with Bachelor of Arts and has received his LLQP, IFIC, SMU certifications.

Karl Cheong joined Claymore in 2010 and leads the firm's product research and development team. Karl is primarily responsible for new product launch implementation, product strategy and market positioning, product management and indentifying investment related trends as it pertains to new product development. Prior to joining Claymore, Karl served as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Northwest and Ethical Investments where he oversaw the strategic development and daily administration of four fund of fund portfolios with over $250 million of assets under management. Karl graduated with honours from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance in 2002. Karl received his CFA charterholder designation in 2006 and is an active member of CFA Institute.

Sean joined Claymore in March 2010 and is responsible for the firm’s investment advisory solutions business. Sean works closely with stewards of capital including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, endowments, foundations and other fiduciaries, assisting them in the design and management of diversified investment programs. Sean has over twenty-five years of investment management experience in both the institutional and private client marketplaces, and has worked for some of the world's leading financial institutions, including NM Rothschild in London, England and Merrill Lynch in Toronto. Prior to joining Claymore, Sean worked for Laketon Investment Management as director of their institutional business. Sean has earned the following professional designations: Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®). Sean is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and is currently registered as a Portfolio Manager.

Dipti joined Claymore in February 2010. She manages the daily operations as well as various corporate finance activities. Prior to joining Claymore, Dipti served two years as an Associate investment banker at Deutsche Bank and a year as Equity Research Analyst at Transparent Value, a Guggenheim Partners Company. Dipti received an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University, India, also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil.

Dipanker joined Claymore in 2010 and provides support across various departments, primarily assisting in the day to day operations of Claymore products. Dipanker graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University and is working towards earning his CFA charter. In a volunteer capacity Dipanker works as tutor for Newcomers Homework Help with Frontier College Literacy Program assisting immigrant students.

Bruce joined Claymore in May 2011 and is a dedicated resource for web design, graphic design, multi media and assisting in creating marketing collateral. Bruce has over 10 years of graphic and web design experience and has worked with marketing and application development departments for companies in the Information Technology industry sector.

Ted Kelterborn is Vice President and General Counsel of Claymore Investments, Inc. and is responsible for the company's legal and corporate governance functions. Prior to joining Claymore, Ted was a lawyer at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, a boutique corporate/securities law firm in Toronto. Prior that, Ted practiced law in the Bermuda office of Appleby, one of the world's largest offshore legal, fiduciary and administrative service providers and was Associate General Counsel-Corporate at Nortel Networks, where he was responsible for all legal aspects of Nortel's treasury, M&A and executive compensation functions. Before joining Nortel, Ted was a partner at McMillan Binch (now McMillan LLP), practicing in the firm's corporate/commercial and securities law groups. Ted graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ottawa University Law School in 1990, and received the University of Ottawa Silver Medal for second highest standing in his LL.B. graduating class, Ted is a member of the Ontario and Bermuda Bars.

Vlad joined Claymore in 2007 after graduating from the Rotman Commerce Program at the University of Toronto. Since joining Claymore, Vlad has played key roles and gained broad exposure through his involvement in Claymore's fund administration, operations, and product development areas. He is currently focused on the firm's research, product and business development efforts. Vlad is Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the CFA institute. In a volunteer capacity, Vlad currently heads the Student Development Sub-Committee of the Rotman Commerce Alumni Steering Committee and has been the head coach of the University of Toronto Varsity Men's Waterpolo team since 2009.

Jamie joined Claymore Investments in February of 2007, and brings with him more than 15 years experience in the Financial Services industry. He has held roles in both Sales, and Management at Royal Bank, First Trust Portfolios, and previously as Sr. Vice-President and National Sales Manager at Jovian Capital. Jamie has played an instrumental role in raising assets and marketing of Exchange Traded Funds, Mutual Funds, and Structured Products. With a focus on service, he works with Investment Advisors across Eastern Canada to build awareness and education on the benefits of ETFs, and how they can be used more effectively. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph, along with other industry related certifications.

Ted is a Regional Vice President with Claymore Investments, Inc. Ted has been with Claymore since June 2005 and works with Investment Advisors in GTA, South-western Ontario and Manitoba to help build understanding and awareness of the benefits of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). Ted has a BSc in Biology from the University of Toronto as well as a Masters in Archaeology from Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Doug is a veteran of the Canadian investment industry with over 20 years experience. He was a financial advisor at Burns Fry Limited and RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto for 12 years. Later he was involved in structured product sales for Triax Limited and First Asset Limited in Toronto. Doug joined Claymore in 2005 and is responsible for managing the Toronto (GTA) sales territory. He is a graduate of McMaster University in Business/Economics.

Marcus joined Claymore Investments in 2007. Having started in the Financial Services industry in 2000, Marcus has worked as an Associate Advisor and has held various Sales and Product Development positions with traditional mutual fund companies (Synergy Asset Management, ClaringtonFunds and TD Mutual Funds). Now, Marcus brings his industry experience to Advisors and Investors to help them build a better understanding and awareness of the benefits of Claymore's Exchange Traded Funds. Marcus graduated from McMaster University in Economics and Commerce and has completed several industry courses.

Maury Krupp is Regional Sales Associate at Claymore Investments Inc. Prior to Claymore, he spent 11 years working in the financial industry and brings with him experience in financial services and investment advisory at several major banks and investment institutions in Canada. He is currently working with senior advisors and investors in the finance industry to build a better understanding and awareness of the benefits of Exchange Traded Funds (ETF). He assists in the national marketing and education initiative through brokerage firms across Canada. Joining Claymore Investments Inc., in 2007, Vincent focuses his efforts in Western Canada working with Financial Advisors. He is responsible for developing Claymore's presence through national marketing and education with Discount Brokerage firms and leads Claymore’s Asian language focus. In her role as Sales Coordinator at Claymore Investments Inc., Carolynne focuses her efforts on planning and coordinating sales events, meetings, and conferences across Canada. Carolynne works closely with the Claymore sales team in their sales efforts, and assists in the national marketing, education, and sales initiatives participated in, and hosted by Claymore Investments. Carolynne has worked in the financial services industry since 2005 and brings with her experience through her previous role at BMO Guardian Funds.
